Heritage Road Sanitary Sewer Upgrades

PEC was engaged by the Town of CBS in 2017, through a competitive RFQ process, to design, tender and administer the construction of a $615K Sanitary Sewer upgrading project. The work scope included 370 meters of sanitary sewer replacement, including manholes and reconnection of services. During construction we suggested that the town ditch and culvert the road while it was torn up to improve the condition of the road while addressing storm water issues on the street. The project also entailed replacing existing watermains, installing isolation valves and upgrading some water services. The project was substantially completed in the spring of 2018, and will be completed on budget despite some unforeseen conditions. Surface Course Asphalt will be laid in the spring of 2019 to complete construction.
